What is Communism?

¹Some countries are led by parties that claim to be communist but do not practice communism; others practice varying degrees of socialism in hopes of eventually achieving communism.

Communism is the theory of a stateless, moneyless and classless society. No country has ever achieved communism¹.

It's theorized that communism is possible after a long period of socialism, which will create the necessary conditions to make communism possible.

Communism doesn't deprive anyone of the power to use the products of society; all it does is deprive them of the power to control the labor of others by means of such appropriations².
